Cytomed Middle East has the necessary licenses to operate in the entire UAE market and is registered with all healthcare authorities, along with the MOH registered stores and pharmacists. Our 5,000 square feet stores are regularly inspected by MOH inspectors and all refrigerators / freezers are equipped with temperature monitoring systems. Our logistics team comprising of delivery cars and trained delivery men serve our clientele with efficiency while ensuring their satisfaction.
We have recently moved to our permanent 2300 square feet offices, with an additional 1500 square feet at our disposal; in the event of an expansion. Situated at the newly constructed Al Ghanim Business tower we are conveniently located near the outskirts of Sharjah and its respective major roads’ intersection.
The Guinness World Record Certificate for being part of the team that designed, built and equipped “The world’s largest ambulance”, is on the top of our list of appreciation certificates and trophies we received over the years from our clients and principles, in recognition to our performance, support and participation in various exhibitions, conferences and awareness campaigns. We are also honored to be part of Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) team for the “Cervical Cancer National Screening Program”.
Our statistics indicate that we have grown from one employee in 2003 to 42 employees in 2014, have promoted 25 top of the line brands, served about 140 respected clients, executed over 30 projects successfully, and have conducted over 480 installations. Our average annual turnover is 20 million dirhams and our annual product sales growth average is 15%.
We had successfully introduced modern management software in the middle of 2012 to enhance the management capabilities toward present and future challenges. The implementation of ERP & CRM system is complete. These systems will have a serious impact on the company’s operation, quality, efficiency, planning and growth abilities.
